• Payment-related information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information from Stripe such as payment status, amounts, transaction identifiers, and subscription details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Usage information: device and browser information, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with site features.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember preferences, support login sessions, and analyze site usage.

5. User generated content and public disclosures

Content you submit for cards, including player photos, team information, and generated cards, may be publicly visible if you choose to share them via public links. Do not share personal information that you do not want to appear publicly. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload player photos, team logos, images, and other materials. You must have permission from players (or their parents/guardians if minors) before uploading their photos or information.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated cards and associated data may remain accessible while your account is active or as archived content as allowed by law and our policies.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in our emails.
• Manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action. Coaches using the Service are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before uploading photos or information of minors.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
